Father Of Three Arrested For Defiling Underage Girls Claims It Is A Curse



The Niger State Police Command has apprehended a 35-year-old man, Clement Onuchukwu, for defiling two girls aged seven and eight years.

Onuchukwu of the Kwamba area, Suleja, was arrested following a complaint by the parents of the victims.

Northern City News gathered on Sunday that the father of three allegedly lured his victims with N50 to an uncompleted building and had s-x with them several times.

The suspect said he gets aroused whenever he saw underage girls in his neighbourhood.


He said, “I don’t know what has come over me; each time I see little girls in my area, I get aroused and I would want to have s-x with them regardless of the fact that I am a father of three children.

“I have been into this wicked act for more than four years and it looks as if somebody had placed a curse on me; nothing works for me and at times, I felt I have sinned against my destiny.”

Onuchukwu would be arraigned in court after investigation.

A Magistrate court sitting in Lagos on Monday sentenced Nollywood actress Funke Akindele and her husband Abdulrasheed Bello a.k.a JJC skills to 14 days community service each. The court also directed them to pay a fine of N100,000 each. Uzodinma meets Buhari, seeks refund of N32bn ‘spent on FG roads in Imo’

Hope Uzodinma, governor of Imo state, on Thursday met with President Muhammadu Buhari, seeking his intervention in the refund of over N32 billion his predecessors reportedly spent on federal roads in the state. Speaking with state house correspondents after the meeting with Buhari, Uzodinma said Imo is in “financial distress”. He said the funds, if released, will assist in clearing both salary and pension arrears. He said the consultants he engaged discovered that at least N32 billion was spent on federal roads in the past.
